Leadership Workshops that make comfortable managers uncomfortable

Most leadership training reinforces what people already believe. Ours dismantles it — then helps you rebuild something that actually works under pressure.

Three distinct workshop formats

Every organisation has a different appetite for disruption. Choose the depth that matches yours — from a single provocative day to a six-month transformation journey.

The one-day catalyst

A compressed, high-energy session designed for senior teams who need a jolt. We spend the morning mapping hidden power dynamics within your organisation and the afternoon stress-testing new decision-making frameworks with live scenarios drawn from your own quarterly challenges. Participants leave with a personal leadership audit and a 30-day action card.

The four-week sprint

Four consecutive weeks, one half-day each week, with structured fieldwork between sessions. Week one tackles self-awareness through 360-degree feedback that goes beyond tick-boxes. Week two focuses on conflict navigation — not resolution, navigation. Week three introduces systems thinking for resource allocation. Week four is a live strategy rehearsal observed by peers who provide unfiltered critique.

The six-month deep shift

Our most intensive programme pairs monthly in-person workshops with fortnightly one-to-one coaching. Designed for organisations undergoing significant change — mergers, rapid growth, cultural resets — this format embeds new leadership behaviours into daily operations rather than leaving them in a binder on a shelf. Includes two 360-degree assessments to measure behavioural shift over time.

A methodology built on tension, not comfort

Comfortable leaders rarely grow. Our four-phase process deliberately introduces productive discomfort at each stage, then provides the scaffolding to turn that discomfort into capability.

Diagnostic provocation

Before any workshop begins, we conduct interviews with participants and their direct reports. We are not looking for what is going well — we are hunting for the gap between how leaders perceive themselves and how their teams actually experience them. This gap becomes the raw material for every exercise that follows.

Framework disruption

We present established leadership models — servant leadership, situational leadership, transformational leadership — and then systematically dismantle them using case studies from your own industry. The goal is not cynicism; it is to help participants see that no single framework survives contact with a real organisation. They learn to think in composites.

Pressure simulation

Using anonymised but realistic scenarios drawn from our client base, participants make high-stakes decisions under time pressure, incomplete information, and conflicting stakeholder demands. Facilitators introduce curveballs mid-exercise. Debrief sessions focus on decision architecture, not outcomes.

Behavioural embedding

Knowledge without habit change is entertainment. In this phase, each participant commits to three specific behavioural shifts, designs accountability structures with a peer partner, and schedules a 90-day check-in. We follow up with a written assessment of observed changes reported by their team.

What happens after the workshop ends

A workshop alumna leading a strategy session with her team
"Within six weeks of the deep shift programme, our cross-functional project delivery time dropped by 22 per cent. The real surprise was that our internal engagement scores climbed at the same time — people felt more heard, not more pressured."
— R. Okonkwo, operations director, mid-size logistics firm, Midlands

This result came from restructuring how the leadership team ran their weekly stand-ups — a small behavioural change identified during phase three of our methodology. No new software, no restructuring, no additional headcount. Just a better question asked at the right moment.

Before you decide

We believe in informed participants. Here are the questions we hear most often from prospective attendees and their sponsors.

Our workshops are built for mid-career and senior professionals — typically people who have been managing teams for at least three years and have started to notice that the approaches that got them promoted are no longer producing the results they need. We work across sectors including technology, healthcare, logistics, financial services, and education.
We cap every cohort at 14 participants. This is deliberate — it is large enough for diverse perspectives and small enough that no one can hide. For in-house programmes, we recommend a minimum of eight participants to generate sufficient creative tension during exercises.
Yes. We deliver roughly half of our programmes on-site and half at our dedicated workshop space in Trantow-on-Altenwerth. On-site delivery works well when you want to include contextual observations — we can watch how teams interact in their natural environment and weave those observations into exercises in real time.
Most leadership courses teach a model and ask you to apply it. We start by exposing the gap between your self-perception and your team's experience of you. That gap — which can be uncomfortable to confront — becomes the foundation for genuine growth. We also measure behavioural change at 90 days, not just satisfaction at the end of a session.
Pricing depends on cohort size, location, and the level of pre-workshop diagnostic work required. As a guide, the one-day catalyst for an open cohort starts at £1,450 per participant. The four-week sprint and six-month deep shift are typically priced as organisational engagements. Reach out via the contact form below and we will send a detailed proposal within two working days.
